I always love getting to share new projects with you, and today’s is a stunner! Christine is a mom, former elementary school teacher and now works as a wellness and health coach to help women find balance and care in their busy lives.
Her business is brand new, so we started from scratch with this Website in a Day project. Christine opted to use the Monroe template as the starting point for her website and it turned out beautifully!
Our main goal with Christine’s website was to make it easy to browse her services and book your initial consult call. We also included an integrated WordPress blog within her Showit website so she can share her recipes, wellness tips and more as well as organically grow her website traffic with her content.
Showit Website Design Process
Our Website in a Day process starts at 9:30am with a call to walk through all of the materials, inspiration and content to make sure we’re on the same page. After our initial call, I get started on branding.
This service includes a custom-designed word mark logo, selecting of custom color palette and custom fonts as well. Christine already had a logo, so we worked with that and pulled fonts with a similar aesthetic as what was used in her logo.
After branding is approved, I begin designing the homepage. We used gorgeous imagery to draw visitors in and highlighted her services, philosophy, the things that set her business apart, and added some social proof with testimonials to round out the page.
Once the homepage has been approved, I begin designing the remaining pages and send them over for approval. After all tweaks and revisions have been made, I do the behind-the-scenes techy stuff and connect your domain so that it’s live to the world.
By the next morning, Christine was able to share her new website with her audience and spend her time and energy growing her business, not trying to figure out how to design a website.
