About Jennifer
Jennifer is a mother of three and a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist whose approach to wellness comes from a deeply personal place. After facing her own unexpected health challenges, she found relief through nutrition and lifestyle changes rather than traditional medicine alone. That experience shapes her entire philosophy: nutrition should be simple, sustainable, and free of restriction or deprivation. She’s built her practice around what she calls The Core Method, and her guiding belief that “micro habits” build to “macro results.”
The Brief
Jennifer needed a site that felt warm and personal, not clinical, something that reflected her holistic, no-burnout approach to nutrition coaching in a space that’s often oversaturated with noise and fad-diet culture. It also needed to convert: capturing leads through a free resource opt-in, clearly explaining her signature program, and making it simple for potential clients to book a consultation.
The Design
We leaned into a soft, editorial feel with a muted, calming palette and elegant serif details that immediately set Jennifer apart from the loud, trend-driven aesthetic so common in the wellness space. The homepage opens with a lead-capture moment (her free “Breakfast Made Easy” download) right at the top, before easing visitors into her philosophy, her signature Core Method program, and a genuine, story-driven bio.
Real client testimonials and lifestyle photography are woven throughout to keep the experience feeling personal and trustworthy rather than transactional, and clear calls to action guide visitors naturally from “just browsing” to “ready to get started.”
The Result
The finished site gives Jennifer a calm, credible digital home that mirrors her own philosophy: simple, sustainable, and genuinely supportive. It builds trust from the first scroll, captures leads effortlessly, and makes her signature program easy to understand and act on.
